Labels green - a commitment to eco-responsibility
Launched in 2008, the Code of Conduct label is a European charter of conduct aimed at improving energy efficiency in data centres. Membership of the Code of Conduct is voluntary and commits participants to following best practice in the design and development of their data centres in order to reduce energy consumption as far as possible.
SMEG’s Positive Energy Label identifies Monegasque players who have chosen to use responsible, environmentally-friendly energy as part of a sustainable development approach. The telis Group is proud to have included MonacoDATACENTER®in this positive approach to a green digital transition since its creation in 2013.

Our technicians and engineers are certified
Our technicians and engineers have the necessary certifications to design your infrastructure and install, configure and maintain your digital tools. With Telis, you can work with confidence on all your digital projects, from a simple cloud service to the installation of your video security system and the design of your datacenter.
Telis is the first Monegasque company to obtain ISO 27001 and HDS certification for MonacoDATACENTER®, in 2021 and 2022 respectively. 27001 certification provides the prerequisites for an information security management system (ISMS) that enables your company to secure its information resources. The objectives of the 27001 and HDS norms :
- Identify risks and organise resolution processes
- Organise and protect information resources
- Apply physical and environmental security procedures
- Regularly audit physical and information security systems.
- Carry out regular security tests (at least every 6 months)
The telis Group has designed MonacoDATACENTER® to meet the requirements of tier III certification, the highest certification available in the Principality of Monaco.

- It must be possible to maintain the elements of the data centre without interrupting service
- Redundant circuits for power supply and cooling distribution
- Guaranteed availability of 99.98%. However, MonacoDATACENTER® guarantees 99.997% availability. Since the service opened in 2013, we have guaranteed 100% availability.
